Our story
Our journey began when a group of like-minded executives decided to take part in the real estate industry in Houston, Texas. We created a real estate development and construction company to apply our business experience, aligned with our vision, purpose, commitment to excellence and innovation.
When choosing our name, we wanted to carry a piece of our hometown with us. We come from Torreón, Coahuila, a city in northern Mexico that was once a desert, where we grew up with the terregal — the wind that carries dust across the desert landscape. When the wind is strong, it gathers dry branches and brush into rolling balls that move across the desert.
For us, Terregal represents more than the desert. It represents our roots, our resilience, our ability to move forward and the journey that brought us here.
Today, Terregal Holdings carries that spirit into every project we pursue, combining entrepreneurial vision, construction expertise and a commitment to creating lasting value through real estate and collaboration.
